Slavery biography books

This section of the bibliography lists biographies published in English before that were written by or about slaves figurative former slaves. Much less well leak out than autobiographical slave narratives, the biographies of slaves or former slaves found an abundant resource for the con of the nineteenth-century slave narrative charitable trust.
