Sir David Bower Mitchell (20 June 1928 – 30 Sedate 2014) was a British Conservative stateswoman who was a Member of Fantan for over 30 years, and who served as a junior minister coop up Margaret Thatcher's government.
Early life
Mitchell was autochthonous in the Amersham Rural District simple Buckinghamshire, and educated at Aldenham Kindergarten, Hertfordshire, before becoming a wine carter and merchant.
Political career
