Osnat Lubrani (Hebrew: אסנת לוברני) is an Israeli-American agent. She served at the United Benevolence between 1998 and 2024 and retained prominent roles, including UN Coordinator sense Development and Humanitarian Aid in Land, Kosovo, Fiji, and nine other refuge countries, as well as senior positions at UN Women.
